Admission Process

Guidelines for 2025-26

New admissions will be made subject to vacancies. No soliciting regarding admissions will be entertained. The school has the discretion to make the final decision regarding admissions. Parents, guardians, and new pupils are required to cooperate with the school authorities to ensure a smooth admission process.

The original birth certificate must be produced at the time of admission for age verification. A first-time candidate or one from another school must produce an official birth certificate in support of the date of birth entered in the admission form. A pupil who has attended any recognized school cannot be admitted without a leaving certificate from that school.

  • Please Note

    Submission of Admission Form and attending the Personal Interview or taking the Aptitude Assessment Test does not guarantee admission. All decisions taken by the Principal regarding admission will be final.

  • List of Documents to be submitted at the time of Admission

    1. Original Birth certificate
    2. Address Proof – 2 copies of either Ration Card / Electricity Bill / Agreement Copy / Aadhar Card of the Parent.
    3. Aadhar Card of the child is compulsory – 1 copy
    4. Aadhar Card of the parents (Mother & Father) is compulsory – 1 copy
    5. Leaving Certificate from the School previously attended. If not available at the time of admission, submit Bonafide certificate.
    6. Progress Report of child
    7. UDISE number of previous school (For Grade 1 to Grade 10)
    8. Caste Certificate, if applicable.
    9. Photograph of the child – 2 copies
    10. Photograph of the parents (Mother, Father & Guardian) – 2 copies
    11. Pan Card of the Father is compulsory – 1 copy

Admission Procedure

  • Obtain the enquiry form from the School Admin Office.
  • The date of the aptitude assessment/test will be intimated upon submission of the enquiry form.
  • Based on the performance in the assessment test, the prospective student, along with the parents, will have to attend a personal interview with the Principal.
  • After confirmation, the admission form (available upon payment of Rs. 500/–, non-refundable) must be filled in and signed by the parent.
  • The school fee must be paid along with the submission of the admission form.
