Admission Process

Guidelines for 2024-25

New admissions will be made subject to vacancies. No soliciting will be entertained
regarding admissions. The school has the discretion to take the final decision regarding admissions. Parents, guardians and new pupils need to co-operate with the school authorities to ensure smooth admission process.

Original Birth Certificate is to be produced at the time of admission for verification of age. A first-time candidate or one from another school has to produce an official Birth Certificate, in support of the date of birth entered in the Admission Form. A pupil who has attended any recognized school cannot be admitted without a Leaving
Certificate from the School.

  • Please Note

    Submission of Admission Form and attending the Personal Interview or taking the Aptitude Assessment Test does not guarantee admission. All decisions taken by the Principal regarding admission will be final.

  • List of documents to be submitted At the time of Admission

    1. Original Birth certificate
    2. Address Proof – 2 copies of either Ration Card / Electricity Bill / Agreement Copy / Aadhar Card of the Parent.
    3. Aadhar Card of the child is compulsory – 1 copy
    4. Aadhar Card of the parents (Mother & Father) is compulsory – 1 copy
    5. Leaving Certificate from the School previously attended. If not available at the time of admission, submit Bonafide certificate.
    6. Progress Report of child
    7. UDISE number of previous school (For Grade 1 to Grade 10)
    8. Caste Certificate, if applicable.
    9. Photograph of the child – 2 copies
    10. Photograph of the parents (Mother, Father & Guardian) – 2 copies
    11. Pan Card of the Father is compulsory – 1 copy

Admission Procedure

  • Obtain the Enquiry form from the School Admin office.
  • The date of the Aptitude Assessment/test will be intimated on submission of the Enquiry form.
  • Based on the performance in the Assessment Test of the prospective student, the student along with the parents will have to attend a personal interview with the Principal.
  • After confirmation, the admission form on payment of Rs.500/- (Non – non-refundable) to be filled in and signed by the Parent.
  • School Fee to be paid along with submission of admission form.
